What is needed in the world today is leaders who can think holistically, adapt to changing conditions, inspire people to reach their full potential, and apply their talents to build a better world for all.

This is Chevy, and I found the link of your blog in facebook.
This is one interesting theoretical model which helps to explain essential attributes of leadship and constructs one route to develop them.
And can we (or you) improve this to some quantitative stage, and make it as one test or quiz. As different combinations of scores in diverse directions, we may reach different types of leaders (positive,democratic,libertarian, Shepherd, etc.)
That will be interesting.

under 'Key 2 Lead Effectively' there is a model that deals with various leadership styles & a questionnaire that can identify a leader's preference. The model links well to contemporary leadership theories.

Great to read your suggestion. Yes, there are various questionnaires that help clarify some of the different keys. By the way M, who also commented, was with us at this years's Westlake Conference. His talk was about Key 4 - creating the right culture.
We would encourage our friends and colleagues to use the model and any of the keys in their research, so feel free. And if you come up with something please share it also.
